Not tested: The battery of tests apparently did not look for narcotics or acetaminophen. Only would show up in a drug test not other blood tests like hemoglobin, kidne and liver tests.

It must be...: You could not have add a comprehensive drug test . It would have identified the narcotic. You should have identified the drug before the test!
