Intolerance: I would regard this as an intolerance to a specific type of rice rather than an allergy. Could It be that it is an intolerance to some compound in that rice rather than the way it's processed or prepared? Is there anyway you can compare plainly cooked rices to see if the intolerance is specifically to the rice itself and then find an expert on rice to explain the difference among various types?
