Should not be: Ablation only treats the uterine lining, does not affect your anatomy in anyway. Is it a lubrication issue? Perhaps try some lubricants and see if it improves.

Unrelated: Are you referring to an endometrial ablation? This is where the inside of the uterus - the endometrium - is treated. This would not affect sex.
