Leukemia symptoms: & signs, albeit incomplete ...Fatigue, pallor, headache, fast heart rate or even congestive heart failure, bleeding, bruising, petechial rash, fever, life-threatening infxns, bone pain, walk refusal or loss of milestones, cranial nerve palsies, lymphadenopathy, splenomegally, etc. Virtually any system can be affected for multiple reasons, both from the leukemia or its impact on other blood cells.
