Don't know: To answer this, i'd need to know more details like have you had an surgery which could make a scar that you are feeling? Is it deep in the pelvis or does it seem to be in the wall? Can you move it or is it fixed? If it doesn't hurt and you seem to be well and it isn't growing, it's probably nothing to worry about. If any of those things are going on or you're just curious, ask your doctor!
