Chest pain: Metallic taste can be from infection (oral, tooth, gums, sinus), GERD, systemic disease, etc. Chest/back pain may be indicative of cardiac/lung problem, which may be much more serious. Please see both Physician and Dentist for evaluations. Symptoms my be coincidental, stemming from different causes. Go now.
