See a doctor: As a dentist metallic tastebonouth eother indicates a saliva issue or an abcess from a tooth. sometimes changes in mouthwash toothpaste may also leave this sensation but your other symptoms indicate that there may be a lung issue and further medixal investogation maybe required

Chest pain: Metallic taste can be from infection (oral, tooth, gums, sinus), GERD, systemic disease, etc. Chest/back pain may be indicative of cardiac/lung problem, which may be much more serious. Please see both Physician and Dentist for evaluations. Symptoms my be coincidental, stemming from different causes. Go now.
