Not herpes: This isn't herpes. Herpes causes red bumps, blisters, pimples, or open sores over 1-2 weeks. Anything that looks the same after 1-2 days is never herpes. This might not be abnormal. I'm wondering about pearly penile papules or Fordyce spots. Google both and see how the photos compare with what you have. If any doubt or you're still concerned, see a doctor.
