STD? No strep risk: Strep infections rarely involve the penis and I've never heard of strep being transmitted by oral sex. If you have STD symptoms like penile discharge, it's an STD (gonorrhea, nongonococcal urethritis, chlamydia, etc); or if penile sores, it's probably herpes. Any of these could be transmitted to your partner's mouth. If any doubt, see a doctor ASAP.
