Anxiety: w/blocked nose. Breathing is vital for life. Primitive mechanisms kick in when any primal process is interfered with. As long as your doctor says you are ok, work at changing your self talk. "Feeling Good" by David Burns is a helpful book for that or a therapist can help. Peace and good health.
