Dig. aid, u shouldn': Bile is a digrestive detergent that emulsifies fats; is made in liver, stored in gallbladder, travels down ducts, put into small bowel in duodenum, just past the stomach-in the duodenum. It should head south, i.e. Down intestine. Can reflux up into stomach; uncommonly can also reflux up into lower esophagus; even less common into throat. More likely acid/stomach reflux. Chronic?- see doc.
