Any ideas why my big toe on my left foot feel like the joints grinding when i lift it?
For many months I've had what feels like a painful swollen "joint" or "tendon", (I'm not sure) on the soles of both feet. It sits on the middle of the padding of my foot between my 4th and 5th smaller toes. It hurts most on hard surfaces. Ideas?
