I suddenly got a very sore throat all the way at the back that's worse with breathing and swallowing liquids/no other symptoms what could this be?

Sore throat: Please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. An alternative would be to go to the Pharmacy and see if they can recommend a medicine you can buy over the counter. Right now that would be my preference!

Cant feel throat when swallowing, don't choke when eating or drinking. Maybe feels like liquid goes up nose a bit. Breathing through nose dries throat?
