A member asked:

Nov. 6th when the time changes, do i need to start taking my birth control an hour earlier than i have been? if taking at 11, do i then change to 10?

No: An hour difference is no difference. In real life, the body does not know the difference between 10:00 and 11:00. A person can choose either hour and then continue taking daily pills within 1 hour of her chosen hour, if on progestin-only pills. If on combination pills, she should be fine taking her daily pills within 2-3 hours of her chosen hour. There is always a very small chance of pregnancy.
