Folliculitis: The follicles appear to be inflamed. You can put hydrocxortisone 1% over the counter for redness and itching. At bedtime, can apply neosporin ointment to prevent infection. If scabs or ozzing develops this week, contact an MD Derm specialist per healthtap.
