Acne: It appears a pustule (infected acne) popped. Warm compress, can apply over the counter neosporin and observe. For future nightly acne care, use Benzoyl Peroxide gel 10% over the counter nightly for regular acne when not infected. If pustule spreads, speak to the Dermatology MD given thru health tap specialty.
