Diarrhea/pregnancy: You may be dehydrated and may even have a kidney infection which would cause back pain. You definitely need to go in to Labor and Delivery for monitoring and iv fluids. They can determine if you are having any premature contractions which also could cause back pain in light of the dehydration. You could also get meds for nausea and diarrhea.
