Smoking cessation: Congratulations on becoming smoke free. Please do not allow the symptoms you mention to become an unconscious excuse for you to start smoking again. They are unlikely related to you smoking cessation. Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions and then consider stretching such as in yoga. If your doc finds your magnesium level low you can supplement w/that. Peace and good health.
