STD? Trauma?: Not quite enough information to give a specific likely diagnosis. Possibilities range from Urethritis from STD to trauma from forceful masturbation. If this symptom followed sexual relations it would more likely be STD related. I would not ignore pain. See your physician for evaluation. You may need antibiotic treatment.
