No growth last year?: If no growth in the past year, then growth has finished. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor her doctor can do to increase height.

Unlikely to happen: At 20 your growth centers have probably fused and no more linear growth is expected. A single x-ray of your left hand & wrist can be analysed for signs of open growth centers & growth potential, but if it shows a bone maturity equal to your age you are done.
