Nl adult or child T?: If your body looks like a normal male, then you do not have androgen insensitivity. A small number of boys with delayed puberty have a lifelong deficiency of the puberty hormones LH and FSH, a problem we call isolated gonadotropin deficiency (IGD). This is usually a condition present from birth. Further testing should be done, including chromosomal analysis. I suggest an endocrinologist consult
