Skin prick: Bleed? Open wound ? The risk is very low. But follow up with occupational health and have HIV, hep C and hep B titers drawn now at 1 month and in 6 months . Discuss 10 days of post exposure prophylaxis if open wound or bleed; again the risk is very low.
