Get more evaluation: These are potentially serious symptoms. The fact that some tests were normal does not mean that there isn't a medical problem or that it can't be diagnosed with further testing or examination. ER docs are often swamped with patients. Make an appointment with a primary care doctor and ask for further evaluation.
