Take a test!: Over the counter pregnancy tests are very accurate if you conceived more than about 12 days ago. So that's your first step. If it's negative, then it would be good to track your periods for the next couple of cycles and then make an appointment to discuss your irregular periods with your Gyn doc. S/he may want to run some blood tests, and maybe even do an ultrasound, to look for issues.
