Tube within a tube?: A vagina is a tube. If one feels a tube within that tube, she should first find her cervix, which is the smooth round thing with a center dimple. She can then ask herself if the "other tube" is in front of, behind, to the left of, or to the right of the cervix? If the "other tube" is actually just extending from the back end of her cervix, that "other tube" may be her uterus. Her doctor can check.
