Rectocelse: From what you describe it possibly looks like a possible rectocele which is a special defect -hernia in the wall lining the vagina just above the rectum.

Could be abscess: Pain, a protrusion, and pressure could mean that you have an abscess in the area between the anus and the vagina. You should have this checked by a doctor.
