Yes, but...: These folks offering the pricey, glitzy "detox" are offering the usual nonsense about "getting the toxins out of your colon before they go into your blood." you'll have a series of curious and uncomfortable bowel movements from the psyllium and rhubarb, the apple and ginger are probably placebos. Afterwards you will feel better because the uncomfortable bowel movements are over. It's your money.

I wouldn't: There's no evidence that "detox" helps your health in any way. I've taken care of several people in the ICU who almost died from a detox session. If you want to be healthy, eat fresh foods, cooked yourself, drink plenty of water, avoid artificial colors/flavors/chemicals. Get exercise daily - living a healthy life every day is better than any detox -.
