Exercise-induced urticaria?: There are certain limitations imposed by this format which include the lack of a photograph of the skin lesions about which you requested information, So it's impossible to tell you the correct diagnosis and/or therapy, My Best advice would be to call and make an appointment with the dermatologist. There is at least one very interesting condition which is called exercise-induced theater carrier and you need to be checked for this. Seeing a dermatologist will help tremendously and possibly dermatologist will need to consult with an allergist to help make the diagnosis.

ExerciseAnaphylaxis?: IF you also develop itching and hives you may have exercise-induced anaphylaxis. With exercise-induced anaphylaxis the person develops diffuse warmth or flushing, generalized itching, hives and fatigue. If exercise continues angioedema(swelling) of hands/face and throat develop along with GI symptoms. May progress to low BP and death. Stopping exercise at first sign will prevent progression.
