patient keeps slipping down from seat on wheel chair. can not sit properly. why does this happen? solutions? workers must reseat him always.

Physical therapy: This may be a sign that the patient needs a referral to physical therapy for core strengthening. In the meantime, I usually recommend an elevated wedge type pillow to be placed in the wheelchair.
