Usually travel: during the first trimester is fine as long as the pregnancy is healthy. Be mindful that women may be more fatigued or have morning sickness during the first trimester. Destination is important if going to a destination where there is Zika virus or Malaria. While traveling seek care for severe nausea/vomiting, vaginal bleeding or significant contractions.
