Well: Fatigue is a common symptom with the cirrhosis with the ascites which is severe advanced liver disease. Dad said there could be something else wrong causing a severe fatigue specially if it's sudden onset or a lot worse than it's been the last several months see your internal medicine or G.I. doctor in person for specific advice and an evaluation
