There are: rare Nuvaring "failures" however it's unlikely that you will conceive ....the CIPRO has no effect on Pregnancy Prevention! A major question here is what part of your cycle were you?? If high risk..Plan B would add another "preventive""layer" Hope this helps! Dr Z
