Hello, i have had a case where pregnancy has not occurred during unsafe days (that is between 12 and 14 days of a regular cycle of 28days. is this ok?

Depends: If you do not want to get pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. If you are trying to get pregnant, it may normally take up to a year with unprotected sex to get pregnant. If you are trying to get pregnant, see your doctor and start taking pre-natal vitamins. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Practice safe sex.
