Don't worry too much: This means there is an area in the upper lung looks possibly abnormal, but additional views of the area are needed to clarify the situation. The additional views may or may not show anything of concern. Try not to worry too much, because it's very common for radiologists to ask for additional views. In the majority of cases the additional views show everything is normal and ok.
