Can stelazine induced hyperprolactinemia be treated by simply stopping use if symptoms are mild? which symptoms indicate medical treatment?

Never just stop!: You might be right to want to wean off if not needed - but definitely have a Dr help you do it safely. This is a good chance to work together for your best treatment. It's nice that you feel the symptoms are mild - but do collaborate on your treatment and consider best use of psychotherapy during changes to validate and support you.
