Strictly personal: I am not an ob/gyn and do not know many as I am in a very different field, but my wife and i used dr. Palmer at usf health/tampa general and he was excellent, with prenatal, perinatal and postnatal care. So, this is more of a personal than a professional recommendation, but hope this helps!
