Can uterine adhesions be missed on a hsg test (but found during a hysteroscopy)? i had a normal hsg but still being referred for a hysteroscopy.

Sure : A hysteroscopy is a direct view of the cavity of the uterus and would be a more sensitive way of detecting uterine adhesions. It is possible there is something in your medical history that increased your doctor's suspicion of adhesions
