Banana Bag allergy: A banana bag (rally pack) contains intravenous fluids (usually yellow in color) & used to correct magnesium or thiamine deficiency. It usually contains multiple vitamins thiamine, folic acid, and magnesium sulfate in normal saline. I suppose an allergy would mean that one has an allergic reaction to one of the components in the intravenous solution.
