Zyprexa OD: Zyprexa (olanzapine) is an antipsychotic medication. Overdose symptoms may include: drowsiness, fast/ irregular heartbeat, difficulty with speech, agitation or aggressive behavior and decreased level of consciousness to include coma.

According to product labeling serum concentration exceeding 0.1 mg/L is toxic and serum concentration exceeding 1 mg/L can be fatal. Features of toxicity can include agitation, dysarthria, tachycardia, hypotension, extrapyramidal symptoms, sedation, miosis, aspiration, delirium, coma, respiratory depression, seizures, and cardiac dysrhythmias
