Older meds: If it is still in the packaging from the factory it is likely still good. HOWEVER - how it was stored (heat, moisture and time) all affect the potency of medications. In a pinch I would use it - at the very least if its lost its potency - you may need a second course. If there is a strong odor or the pills have disintegrated - time for new pills. Good Luck
