If you jump into water from about 25 feet. can the pressure of the water make your small intestine go into large intestine?

No: It will not make the small intestine go into large intestine. However, if you land on your bum, you may get an enema and have a strong urge to evacuate your bowel. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

No : That is one thing you don't have to worry about when jumping from a high elevation into water!!! In the Navy they teach you to cross your legs when jumping off a ship into the water not because of any risk to your intestines, but so you don't accidentally jump into some debris and whack your groin!
