What is the definition or description of: motor impairment?

Inability to: perform tasks involving muscles in a fluid and efficient manner. Impairment in the performance of tasks such as walking, writing, using hands, speech, sitting, standing, and anything else that uses muscles. For example, persons with cerebral palsy have a motor impairment. Other examples include muscular dystrophy, parkinson's disease, spinal cord damage, or stroke. Many more exist.
