Low self-esteem: Our culture can measure worth by the amount of money we have, how nice we look, what car we drive, etc. These are all superficial measures and mean little. Who we are as a person is what counts for most people. A clinical psychologist can help w/worthless feelings. Sometimes assertiveness training is part of the solution. Assertive is not aggressive but is self-respect. Peace and good health.
