Internet addiction: internet addiction can be a way to escape the realities of life, compare ourselves to others which can cause anxiety and out of possible boredom. When people spend hours of wasted time playing video games, etc., in my opinion it is an epidemic that can result in procrastination, insomnia, lateness and a can create social liabilities.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
