What is the definition or description of: pregnancy rash?

Skin changes: pregnancy rash is merely a description, not a diagnosis. however, there are some rashes that only happen during pregnancy such as Puppp (Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy) which can happen during the mid trimester and be very itchy. it can be treated with topical steroid creams.
