Multiple: Its likely that the tubal is not reversible if so then IVF is a good choice for ovaries are stimulated and the eggs harvested and mixed with the seamen of you partner. The are evaluated for fertilization and placed into you uterus where hopefully they will thrive. Its a common practice and basically bypasses the ligated tube good luck
