Thyroid: Feeling hot and cold can be a symptoms of inflammation of the thyroid. This may be non-specific thyroiditis or Autoimmune like Hashimoto's. Traditional medical care focuses only on TSH and the inactive thyroid hormone called T4. A detailed thyroid panel is not done as the management does not change. However in functional medicine we focus on thyroid and adrenals. You may need this.
