Jab to abdomen: Not likely to have caused internal damage. I am guessing from your age you are not on blood thinners, so the risk of internal bleeding small. Your spleen is on the other side, so that is not at risk of rupture and large bleeding internally. If you have abdominal pain without moving, blood in urine or stool, go to ER, but otherwise you are probably ok!
