Is camu camu juice good for me?

High vitamin C: Hi! Camu Camu has very high levels of vitamin C. We know that vitamin C is helpful, but 1) there is no evidence that vitamin C from Camu Camu would be any better for us than that from other supplements; 2) the amount of vitamin C in a given amount of Camu Camu is not reported or regulated, so there's going to be a lot of variation in your actual dose. I can't recommend it.
