No: If by juicing you mean steroids, the answer is no. If by juicing you mean freshly squeezing your own fruit into juice, then the answer is yes.

No harm: No harm as long as you are using the right fruits and veggies and not adding sugar.

Fiber: Some juicing machines remove all the fiber from the veggies & fruit, and this is probably not as good for you as having some left in. This is because juice by itself can make your blood sugar rise rapidly, causing a spike in Insulin also. The fiber slows this sugar spike down. If Insulin resistance is a problem for you at all, you'd need to consider this in how you prepare your juice.
