Fiber: Some juicing machines remove all the fiber from the veggies & fruit, and this is probably not as good for you as having some left in. This is because juice by itself can make your blood sugar rise rapidly, causing a spike in Insulin also. The fiber slows this sugar spike down. If Insulin resistance is a problem for you at all, you'd need to consider this in how you prepare your juice.
