Not transmitted: HPV is not transmitted by handshakes. It is transmitted by vaginal,anal and less often oral contact.

Probably not: It is primarily designed to protect against the strains that can be transmitted with sexual intercourse (although this includes touching, oral etc and then this could subsequently be transmitted to others via nonsexual touch theoretically). There will be some standard wart viruses that wont be covered by the vaccine and these may still be transmitted nonsexually.
